Overrides: Datapoint Range¶

Remove (Hide) datapoint range with multiple options.

Note

This hides Datapoints and Labels, but it does not recalculate the set totals.

Components¶

Menu: Range Type¶

Select parameter to hide datapoints by.

Off: Display the full data set.
Percent: Hide datapoints using percentage range.
Value: Hide datapoints using value (as read from CSV) range.
Index: Hide datapoints using index (Sort Order) range.

Button: Labels Only¶

Do the Datapoint Range operation only on Datapoint Labels, keeps Datapoint Objects visble.

Switch: Remove|Keep¶

Choose whether to keep (show) or remove (hide) datapoint within the given range.

Float: Value Slider A¶

Set the range minimum.

Float: Value Slider B¶

Set the range maximum.

Usage Examples¶

Hide a range of Datapoints¶

Apply the preset:

Full/00_Default/00_Default/00_Default
```
Navigate to Chart Setup/Overrides/Datapoint Range.
Set Menu: Range Type to Value.
Set Switch: Remove|Keep to Keep.
Set Float: Value Slider A to 20.
Set Float: Value Slider B to 40.

All Datapoints with values between 20 and 40 are kept, the rest are hidden.
